One of my favourite things on a Fri morn after class is 'Chai & Chat Time' with beautiful Souls from my class.

I've been watching some truly lovely connections being made amongst those who can make it over the last few months as we discuss & share all things energy, spiritual, intuitive interspersed amongst every day & general life stories.

It's wonderful to see the welcoming discovery of each other as people laugh, share, trust & really see & hear each other with interest.
Nothing is too "weird" or "woo woo", it's just fascinating! Today Donna read my chai leaves! 🥰

Shifting your energy from busy to grounded; anxious to safe, doesn't have to be a long process. With awareness, some simple tools & practice 10secs can make a difference!

The breath is a great tool for so many everyday opportunities of energy shifting.
Go back & do the exercise again.

Maybe try closing your eyes & just listen to the sound of the waves & your breath as you breathe. Was that more powerful or today does your mind need to focus on the visual.

Accept yourself as you are today.
And accept the knowledge that you CAN shift your energy, even just a little supports your nervous system.
