When I first heard this said by Reese it really landed for me....how bloody incredible women are & how much more we need to value ourselves & what we bring to this colourful journey we call life.

I know you can remember a time when you saved yourself, where you trusted your intuition, that knowing deep within you, to take the action needed to shift the energy & create a new direction in the story of you.

You allowed yourself to trust you!

There is a depth of wisdom & strength & love in each of us that sometimes words can't even explain, it can only be felt.

That intuitive knowing, that soul wisdom, is ALWAYS there but because of busy lives, distractions or depleted energy cups we forget or can't tune into it.

Whatever replenishes your energy cup & allows you space to connect to the flow of your soul wisdom, do it for you today....

...take that walk just for you, ask for a hug that will let you be held, call a friend who will listen, pause in amongst the busyness & breathe deep, cancel something that can wait, rest, meditate, laugh, dance, sing, swim in the ocean, take a bath...all of these things shift you from constriction & stagnancy to flow again as soon as you allow it.

Celebrate you, acknowledge you, value you with a kindness gesture to self & most of all remember you are worth not only loving but also trusting!

Which are you in today? With awareness you can Shift the established narrative, the old inherited beliefs if they are not serving you well.

Meditation helps build this awareness, helps you create space in the congestion so that energy can flow again & you can create the shift from the stagnant beliefs that are keeping you small to ones that will support you, allowing more joy in your life & a sense of worthiness.
