If you have been following for awhile you know I love my #cuptherapy. Some of these mugs are over 15yrs old & they get pulled out each year for the month of December much to my husbands dismay! 😂.

The reindeer one at the beginning I'd given to my dad the Christmas b4 he died - I smile & think of him when I use it. The Reindeer tea cosy we bought at a local artisan shop in Dalkey Ireland. The Santa mugs the kids got from their grandparents along with hot chocolate while living in IRE.

It's the simple sentimental things that hold the vibrations of Christmas joy for me.

How would someone know the Christmas Vibe has arrived at your house without you telling them?

Discovering trees wrapped in crocheted blankets today as we walked back to the car was a beautiful initiative by @zontaintl & our local council @gosfordcitycouncil reminding victims of Domestic Violence that it can take many forms & there is help & support available for them.

This tree wrapped in hearts was my Audrey's favourite & it led to a little discussion about how grateful we are that we are able to feel safe & loved in our home because so many tonight won't have that assurance when they walk through their front door.

Sadly, through hearing so many people's stories, I've come to realize too many adults lived in fear when they were children. And although many find a way to survive & function, the physical, emotional & mental scars of this are with them for life. The subconscious mind stores it all!
