Such incredible wisdom about this particpant's connection to, & understanding of Love that came through for her the day after my Love Generator meditation circle.

The positive energy from the Meditation & Circle collective can keep on landing & integrating for a good 48hrs after one of my healing Meditations & Circles.

Sometimes the guidance doesnt land fully for someone while sitting in Circle but setting the intention or giving yourself permission to stay open to more self awareness in the days following will always serve you well. 😍

I believe awareness of your Soul allows you the empowerment to understand yourself & with that understanding find & reconnect to your true vibrancy again.

Im 52 & I understand myself now better than I have ever done....this brings me so much JOY & freedom!

For a long time I kept my ability to see, feel, know, hear Soulful energy and intuitive guidance a secret that I only shared with my closest circle.

Now its my work & my passion.

I worked in a corporate world for years overseas & in Australia while on the side I held Mothers Meditation Circles or did 'healing sessions'' for my friends, giving intuitive guidance & energy healing at the same time.

The intuitive guidance has always been there, my connection to Soul energies has always been there my understand of how energy felt, was always in my awareness but I didnt always embrace it for different fears, mostly judgement or doubt of self. I even shut it all down once to please someone.

But I felt so empty & I realised energy work MUST be a part of my life.

Moving to Ireland in 2018 was the catalyst I needed to step back into the world of energy awareness, my spiritual beliefs & a whole new appreciation of my ability to feel, see, know, hear, smell Soul guidance for myself, my children & others.

This is my gift that I now love & proudly share to help others rediscover their true selves again. To connect with more ease to their inner light, that's always there but often gets covered over by the debris of fear.
