What if you were to consider yourself as a being w

What if you were to consider yourself as a being who is so much more than their body; so much more than their mind; and so much more than their emotions and actually accept that you are a Soul within the vessel of a body, utilising the mechanisms of the mind and navigating life through your emotions?

If you could, you would realise you are not as limited as you think.

In the library of your soul you have an abundance of wisdom from all your lifetimes however when in a busy state of endless doing there isn't enough space to let all these wisdoms flow freely.

When you meditate or at least regularly enjoy a Conscious Pause in your day you are training your body, mind and emotions to create the space.

When you consider you have all the wisdom you need for right now in your life you are also considering yourself as the empowered version of you rather than one that is lacking.
