This term the energy I wove through each meditation was Trust. For August it will be ACCEPTANCE.

We are still in the Winter season of the year so it is still a time to slow down, nurture you as you are & reflect. Reflect on the things that perhaps need acceptance within your life to let them go. Acceptance holds lots of compassion in its energy. And compassion is always nourishing for your soul.

If life has been really stressful lately and there doesn't seem enough space in the brain to keep up, come & join me for the next 4weeks to find comfortability in your stillness & learn how to shift the stressful energy to make space for more enjoyable things in life. You will learn simple tools you can practice in your daily routine.

When you can make space for you, your energy can flow & if in flow you can grow!
