Mr Seamus loves to gallop after a ball but also changes to a playful game of tip for a diff engagement. Of course I can never actually catch him until I say it's time to go home & he comes.

Let me remind you that you are more than your body, more than your mind, more than your emotions & soooo much more than your fears.

Each weekly online guided meditation has its own uniqueness of energy & is channeled for the collective that week in the live via zoom.

However the theme or intention for the 6 wk term - which for this one is COURAGE - is woven through each Meditation.

The Audio only of the meditation is Recorded & Emailed out to all who have booked for that week & you are able to listen to that recording as many times as you like over 7 days following!

An oracle card, intuitively pulled for the Meditation, with an accompanying message of guidance is also added to the email.

Love is inherently a part of your Soul, your vibra

Love is inherently a part of your Soul, your vibration, your energy.

It's always there, it's still at your core vibration, it just gets covered up with the debris of fear which leads to doubting yourself. And so you think you can't connect to it anymore.

Using a 'Conscious Pause' can help you step back from the fear, recognise what it is and remember you CAN step through that fear (that's only a learnt fear) to reconnect to the loving space again.
